I recently found myself completely obsessed with candles after I experimentally decided to reuse old candles which were just lying around the house to make new ones. The objective was observe whether I could get the exact colors that I wanted by melting different colored candles together. For my first attempt I honestly didn’t expect them to come out great but boooyy😳 the outcome was AMAZING!! Not only did they look cute but they smelled heavenly. And they look good in my room so...😌😍. Now I  simply cannot get enough of candles and so I decided I'd share with you why you shouldn't as well. Feel free to share and drop a comment below. 1- AROMATHERAPY

Candles can be therapeutic. Aromatherapy candles help relief stress by targeting scent receptors in the brain which gives a calming sensation. Scented essential oil candles and herb infused candles are always the best for aromatherapy. After a VERY long day at work or at school, why not pour yourself a glass of wine, light up your favorite candle and relax.

2- GIFTING

Let's face it, picking a gift for our loved ones can be a little overwhelming and sometimes time consuming, so while you are scratching your head trying to figure out what to get your in laws, or that very picky friend of yours for his/her birthday, why not buy  a candle from your favorite store or online to save you even more time. A great thing about candles is that they come in different sizes, packaging, shapes, colors and scents which makes them versatile for any special and non-special occasion. They also range from affordable to luxury which adds on the versatility and diversity.

3- DECOR

The right candle, with the right holder or right packaging, placed at the right place in the house can give a little oomph to your boring home décor. The right candle can also add sophistication and luxury to home, so go ahead and place some hanging candles on those dull walls, put some in different places of the house. Some people also prefer to place them in the bathrooms.

4- EVENT SET-UP

Not only do they make gorgeous yet affordable setup, but also help set a  beautiful, romantic mood especially for events such as weddings or wedding receptions. Candles can go very well with other themed events such as anniversaries,  birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers etc..

5- LIGHT UP THE MOOD

Because what better way to turn up the mood other than with some good old candle lights and some good music.
